“As we wait for news of how **** got on in her Rugby scholarship exams, I just thought I'd drop you a note of thanks for all that you and your staff have done for **** during her three years at Packwood. I was so proud of **** in the few days before her scholarships. She was calm, confident and relaxed and above all, prepared. Her response to her academic papers was that they were exactly what she was expecting. I think this clearly demonstrates that Packwood did just what a good preparatory school should do and prepared our daughter fantastically well, regardless of the result. **** has really loved her learning at Packwood and has found the teaching exciting and inspirational.

However, Packwood has given **** so much more than the academic rigour that we sent her to you for. She has matured into a kind, helpful and fun person, whilst being confident and accomplished. Most of all, **** has always received so much support from her fellow pupils at Packwood throughout her time there (demonstrated admirably by her fellow scholarship candidates at the Rugby assessments) -  I really feel she has learned the importance of good friendship and I am delighted so many Packwoodians will be heading off to Rugby with her.

Obviously, **** has already won her music scholarship, but I really hope that she has done both herself and you proud in these recent scholarships  - she certainly couldn't have done any more, and whatever the outcome of the assessments, we couldn't be more proud to be her parents, or more pleased with our choice of prep school for her!”
