Senior girls hit a purple patch!

It has been a very successful fortnight for the Senior Girls Hockey team as they have managed to win two tournaments.

Firstly, as hosts of the Packwood Tournament they played some impressive hockey and after heading their group met Abberley in the semi-final winning 3-2 and St Anselms in the final where they emerged victorious with a 4-0 win. 

Two weeks later and they played in the Denstone Tournament which in the last few years has been dominated by Bromsgrove and Foremarke Hall. In an unusual three pool tournament (which then progressed to another post-pool tournament) Packwood won the initial pool with wins over Denstone and Terra Nova. The girls then met Trent College and Foremarke Hall. A draw against Trent College led to a final 'winner takes all' game against Foremarke which they won 2-1.
