Scholarship success

Shortly before half-term, three top-year Packwood boys were delighted to learn that they have been awarded scholarships to independent senior schools.

Edward Carroll won an All-Rounder scholarship to Shrewsbury School and he will be joined there by Jamie Humes who was awarded a Sports scholarship.  Johnny Woodhead, another outstanding sportsman, was successful in his bid for a Sports scholarship to Rugby School.

Music, Art and Academic scholarship exams follow later in the school year and there is great optimism that our list of successful candidates will grow significantly by the end of the summer term.
