Aims and Objectives
Packwood Haugh was established in 1892 and over the course of its long and illustrious history has developed a deserved reputation for delivering an excellent, all-round education, a reputation that we are proud to maintain and build upon.
Our ethos is to provide a broad and stimulating range of opportunities at school that develop character, build confidence and encourage all pupils to acquire knowledge and skills that will prepare them for the future.
I am delighted to share with you our Aims and Objectives – four fundamental tenets that underpin everything that Packwood offers:
• For each child to reach their full academic potential
• To provide an excellent all-round education in a happy, supportive and safe environment that enables each child to find and develop their own talents
• To encourage pupils to become self-confident and resilient young people of good character with enquiring minds and a real enthusiasm for learning
• To prepare our pupils to thrive and flourish in the next stage of their educational journey at their senior school of choice
