Drama is a vital part of a child’s experience and plays an important role at Packwood. Every child in Years 3 to 6 has one drama lesson a week and there are also frequent opportunities to perform in assemblies and play-in-a-day productions.
Since 2004, we have enjoyed the use of our purpose-built theatre. It seats 250 on permanent, tiered seating, has a large stage, is air-conditioned, and benefits from state-of-the-art sound and lighting. As well as dramatic productions, it is a venue for our morning assemblies, visiting speakers, school debates, concerts, dance and drama workshops and much more.
